I currently accept new clients with the following insurance plans:

Aetna, First Choice, Humana, LifeWise, Medicare, Premera Blue Cross, Regence BlueShield, TRICARE West, and United Healthcare (commercial plans only)

Please note that Medicare differs from Medicare Advantage (replacement) plans, which may have different provider networks and coverage requirements. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility and behavioral health benefits prior to scheduling.

While I remain contracted with additional insurance plans, only the plans listed above are currently being accepted for new clients. If your insurance is not listed, I am likely not accepting new clients with that plan at this time.

I am not accepting new clients with Medicaid or Apple Health insurance plans, including Medicaid-managed care products.

Insurance coverage varies between plans. Clients are responsible for confirming deductible amounts, copays, coinsurance, and provider participation status prior to the first appointment.

Many plans require a deductible to be met before insurance begins contributing toward session costs. Until the deductible has been met, you may be responsible for the full contracted session rate.

Copays, coinsurance, or deductible payments are due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, check, cash, and HSA/FSA payment cards.

If I am not in-network with your specific plan, you may wish to contact your insurer regarding out-of-network reimbursement options.
