I am contracted with Aetna, First Choice, Humana, Kaiser, LifeWise, Medicare, Premera, Regence, TRICARE West, United, and Wellcare; although contracted with some Apple Health/Medicaid insurance, I will no longer be accepting new clients with these insurance plans. Please confirm coverage with your insurance before attending your first appointment. If I am not currently accepting your insurance, you can ask your provider if they provide out-of-network benefits. Copays are due at time of service; I accept check, cash, and credit card.
