I am currently accepting Premera, Regence, First Choice, Kaiser, LifeWise, Medicare, Humana, and Aetna. I no longer accept new clients with Apple Health/Medicaid insurance. Please confirm coverage with your insurance before attending your first appointment. If I am not currently accepting your insurance, you can ask your provider if they provide out-of-network benefits. Copays are due at time of service; I accept check, cash, and credit card.
