About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual counseling for adults in the Bellingham area. I received my Master’s in Psychology and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle. I also hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Art from the University of Washington.

I have over a decade of clinical experience working in mental health settings and have provided therapy to adults since 2010. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as concerns related to life transitions, relationships, communication, stress, and emotional regulation.

While my background includes formal training in art-based approaches, I primarily practice talk therapy. Art-based techniques may be incorporated when clinically appropriate and of interest to the client.

I love talking with people and am deeply passionate about my work. I find each person to be unique and valuable in their own way, and I consider it a privilege to be invited into my clients’ lives. I am often moved by the strength and insight of the people I work with, and I find it incredibly meaningful to witness their growth and increased sense of balance over time.

Justin, who appears in the photo above, is not a therapy dog and will not be present in sessions. He is busy enjoying life as a well-loved family dog.
