About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual counseling for adults in the Bellingham area. I received my Masters in Psychology and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle. I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Art from University of Washington. Due to my background in art, my clinical work often includes art therapy, in which I received training through my graduate courses. I have worked with a variety of different people in individual and group therapy, addressing a number of different problems such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anger management, food and body issues, self-esteem, assertiveness, life transitions, and relationships.

I love talking to people and am passionate about my work. I find each person to be unique and wonderful in their own way, and I consider it a privilege and honor to be let into their personal lives. I am often deeply moved by my clients and the connections that I form with them. Watching my clients change and create more balanced lives is incredibly rewarding and gives meaning to my life.
